Christine Quinn claims estranged husband Christian Richard would lie under her car so she ‘couldn’t leave’ home

Christine Quinn accused her estranged husband, Christian Richard, of lying under her car to prevent her from leaving their home.

“There were times where my husband, literally, where I had to go to work and he would lay himself under my car,” she told People Tuesday.

The “Selling Sunset” alum recalled times when she would “sit for an hour” inside her car until she “missed a meeting and gave up and would go back inside.”

“Or, he would shut the gates down so I couldn’t leave. It was bad,” she alleged to the outlet.

Quinn, 36, further claimed that her ex “commandeered” her phone number and locked her out of her email, bank account and credit cards.

“People really don’t know this. I was hacked out of my entire life. I was stripped of my entire life overnight — I literally had nothing. And it was dehumanizing,” she emotionally recalled.

“I was completely resourceless.”

Richard, whose legal name is Christian Dumontet, has yet to respond to the claims and his rep chose not to comment on the interview.

Quinn’s comments come one year after Richard was arrested for domestic violence for allegedly throwing a glass bottle that hit his three-year-old son with Quinn, Christian Georges, in March 2024.

“Everyone sees the incident that occurred, but this is something that had been going on for a while,” Quinn further told People. “This is something that had been under the surface for a long time. It was extremely unhealthy, and I like to think that I’m extremely resilient — and I am.”

However, Quinn ultimately made the “really hard” decision to end her four-year marriage to protect her son and provide him with “safety” from his dad.

“There are certain things that I could tolerate, and it got to a point where it was affecting my son, and that wasn’t OK,” she shared. “I was like, ‘OK, I can deal with this, I’m an adult.’ But bringing him into the chaos and everything that kind of ensued, I was like, ‘No, this is not OK.’”

The real estate agent and her son have since relocated to Dallas.

“I am really, really grateful to be living here,” she raved. “I have a sister who lives really close to me, and my son has a cousin. So it’s really something that I needed as opposed to the chaos when I was in Los Angeles.”

Despite Quinn being the one who ended the marriage, Richard filed for divorce in April 2024 after nearly five years of marriage.
