Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot, who was seemingly caught cheating with the company CEO Andy Byron earlier this week, appears to be married to the CEO of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based liquor brand.

According to property records obtained by The Post, Cabot has shared a Rye, New Hampshire, address with Andrew Cabot since at least 2023.

Andrew holds the title of CEO and COO of the company, per its website.

The official records also show Andrew and Kristin are the co-owners of a $2.2 million two-story, four-bedroom New Englander-style house that sits near the Atlantic coast, which they purchased in February.

Though, while they share a name and are listed as co-habitants of a home, it remains unclear as to whether the pair are officially married.

In addition, Kristin was also listed as an “advisory board member” at Privateer Rum since September 2020, according to her LinkedIn account, which has since been deleted.

Page Six has reached out to a contact for Kristin and Andrew but did not immediately receive a response.

As previously reported, Kristin was once married to Kenneth Thornby.

Massachusetts court records obtained by the outlet showed the tech head, 52 — who previously bragged she “wins the trust of CEOs” — separated from her ex-husband in 2018 and their marriage was legally over by 2022.

Kristin’s marriage became a hot topic after she and the Astronomer CEO were seen looking cozy while attending a Coldplay concert on Wednesday night.

Video taken at the show, which has since gone viral online, showed Byron with his arms wrapped around Kristin as they were caught on the concert’s “kiss cam” jumbotron.

The pair then quickly reacted to the moment with horrified panic and ducked out of the camera’s view, prompting the band’s frontman, Chris Martin, to speculate “either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

Byron is currently married to wife Megan Kerrigan Byron.

By Thursday morning, the CEO’s spouse had removed her surname from her accounts before she deactivated her social media accounts after the viral moment set the internet ablaze the night before.

In light of the incident, both employees were “immediately” put on leave, according to a Friday report by Axios.

The company also announced in an official statement Friday that a formal investigation had been launched into the matter.

“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,” the company said via LinkedIn.

“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”
