Jennifer Aniston’s “common ground” with her new beau, Jim Curtis, has been revealed by his ex-girlfriend.

Alyssa Pettinato, who briefly dated the hypnotist “years ago,” told the Daily Mail Tuesday, “Well, I don’t know [Aniston] personally, but I do know that we share a commonality of being Greek. So I’m sure that’s a common ground. If they are together, you know, culture is strong.”

Pettinato, who noted that Curtis is also Greek, said it was “not surprising” to hear about his budding romance with Aniston, calling him “such a step up” for the actress.

Pettinato, 37, had “nothing bad to say about” her ex-boyfriend, with whom she “went on a few dates” before she eventually “ghosted” him.

“He’s just a nice guy,” she explained, describing their current relationship as “acquaintances.”

“We didn’t work out. It’s my fault,” she admitted. “But he’s a good guy. I think he’s definitely a really great guy. I think he would be a fantastic partner to somebody.”

Pettinato went on to describe Curtis, 49, as an “unproblematic,” “pragmatic and calm person” as well as “the type of person that can get along with most people.”

He’s also “easy to have a conversation with,” according to the “MissJudged” podcast host, who had Curtis as a guest in February for an episode titled, “How to Be a Masculine Man and End a Relationship.”

Pettinato told the Daily Mail that she felt he was “very knowledgeable” about the topic.

“I think everything happens for a reason,” she noted of their relationship ending, “and I feel like we’re both where we’re supposed to be.”

She added, “Any relationship that he gets in, I would just be on the sidelines cheering him on and just giving him the best. I mean, everyone deserves love, especially people that come from divorce. More power — get it. Get the love!”

Aniston, 56, was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2018.

Curtis was married once before and shares a son with his first wife.

Aniston and Curtis, who have yet to address their relationship, first made headlines earlier this month after they were photographed on vacation together in Mallorca, Spain, where the author was seen giving the “Friends” star a shoulder massage aboard a yacht.

Page Six then revealed that the two had actually been seen getting cozy in Big Sur, Calif., in June.

Aniston also included one of his books, “Shift Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness,” in a May “photo dump.”

Eagle-eyed fans then noticed that Curtis hinted at their romance in April with a flirty Instagram comment.

The couple reportedly met through mutual friends and began dating after they hit it off.

“They are happy and really into each other,” a source recently told us Weekly. “They’ve been hanging out a lot, but very much on the DL at her home in LA.”
