Jennifer Aniston modeled a flawless physique in a new campaign for the Pvolve fitness system.

In an Instagram video shared Wednesday, the “Friends” alum posed for photos while holding weights, worked out on camera with Body Bands and goofed around with pals, all while promoting Pvolve’s Longevity Bundle and Strong for Fall Challenge.

The “Horrible Bosses” actress, 56, rocked flat abs and a perfectly fit physique in the clip, which she set to “Little Bitty Pretty One.” She showed off several chic workout looks as well, including black leggings with a matching crop top, a black sports bra with low-hanging workout pants and a pair of lavender yoga pants with a matching crop top.

“The @pvolve Fall Challenge is here and I’d love it if you joined us 💪🏼🍂👊🏼🍁,” Aniston captioned the video, adding that by participating in the challenge, people are “supporting” Women in Medicine — which she described as “a foundation that supports groundbreaking research to advance women’s health ❤️”

Fans were stunned at the actress’ rock hard abs and fit frame, taking to the comments thread to gush.

“Omg look at her 😮‍💨🔥” one person marveled, while another wrote, “Body goals 😍”

Another chimed in, “She looks absolutely incredible : strong, confident, and radiant,” with a fourth adding, “Jennifer’s body is the perfect mix of strength and elegance … truly an inspiration! 💫”

In a press release, Aniston and Pvolve shared that the campaign emphasizes “muscle health as the key to longevity” and invites “women everywhere to rethink fitness not as a short-term pursuit, but as a lifelong investment in strength, stability, and vitality.”

“Strength training has made the biggest difference for me – in how I move, how I feel, just in everything,” Aniston said in a press release for the fitness brand, adding that the Pvolve Longevity Bundle has “been such an important part of building real strength.”

The “Morning Show” actress — who is dating health guru Jim Curtis — regularly takes to social media to share her workout routines and promote the strength training brand. She first partnered with Pvolve back in 2023.

“In all the workouts I’ve tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others — and it’s a really enjoyable workout that I don’t feel intimidated by, that I don’t dread,” she explained to People at the time.

And the “Murder Mystery” star isn’t just about appearances — she’s committed, Pvolve head trainer Dani Coleman once told Page Six Style. “Jen is really consistent in her workouts,” Coleman said.
