Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison release date has been revealed.

According to the Bureau of Prisons website, the rapper — who is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn — will be released on May 8, 2028.

However, he may be moved to a different location at some point while serving his 50-month sentence.

Earlier this month, Combs, 55, learned he would be spending four years and two months behind bars.

He was also ordered to pay the court a fine of $500,000 as well as participate in programs for his mental health and substance abuse issues.

A Manhattan federal court judge told the music mogul moments before revealing his decision, “I considered the fact that you are a self-made artist and businessman who inspired and lifted up communities.”

However, the judge also had to consider “all of [Combs’] history,” including his infamous “Freak-Offs.”

“You abused them, physically, emotionally and psychologically,” the judge explained, referencing the victims. “Why did it happen for so long? Because you had the power and resources to keep it going.”

The judge concluded, “The court is not assured that, if released, these crimes would not be committed again,” and noted the importance of sending a message to other abusers.

In July, Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, for which he faced 20 years in prison.

At the time, he was acquitted of his sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which could have resulted in a life-in-prison sentence.

Because the father of seven has been locked up since his September 2024 arrest, that time will count toward completion of his sentence.
