Heather Gay estimates that she’s undergone $200,000 worth of cosmetic surgery over the years.

The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, 51, broke down every procedure — and called them “worth every penny” — in an interview with Bustle, published on Wednesday.

“As soon as I had the money and the time, I thought: ‘I am going to try to profit from every single thing that’s available to me. I can afford it, and it’s part of my job now to look good,” she explained. “I always said that I’d be so much cuter if I were richer.”

Gay confirmed, “I’m richer now — and I’m so much cuter because of it.”

In addition to quarterly Botox and twice-yearly lip filler, facials and laser hair removal, she gets collagen-stimulating treatments, which cost $4,000 per session.

Before becoming a Bravolebrity in 2020, the reality star went under the knife for two nose jobs and a blepharoplasty, an increasingly common procedure to correct drooping eyelids.

She recalled, “I got both of these surgeries for free, from the same surgeon, but I think the nose job was around $12,000, and a blepharoplasty was $2,500.”

Before she and ex-husband, Bill Gay, with whom she shares three daughters, split in 2014, Gay underwent a “mommy makeover,” including a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation.

The Bravo star also highlighted the price of the GLP-1 medication she uses to lose weight, which totals $500 per month.

Additionally, she recently upgraded her smile with porcelain veneers, which cost $30,000.

Gay defended “wanting to change” her looks, explaining why she feels “no shame” listing each procedure.

“The standard of beauty has become more and more artificial for women,” she told the outlet. “Being on TV, it’s really, really hard to see yourself constantly and to be amongst women who are physically flawless in every way.”

She pointed out “the required uniform of a Housewife” is “perfect teeth, lashes, and hair.”

Gay noted, “As you become more of a Housewife, it becomes more entrenched.”

Last year, Gay referred to body positivity as “a big lie” as she admitted to Ozempic use on “Impact x Nightline.”

In the March 2024 sitdown, she recalled being “pressured” to take semaglutide as a final “hope,” saying, “I’ve sold out… It is better not to be overweight.

Gay had been body-shamed the previous year by co-star Mary Cosby, who quipped on “Watch What Happens Live” that she had “never seen a [Gucci] corset in a size 14.”

She clapped back in October 2023 by thanking the brand “for being so inclusive.”
