‘RHOC’ alum Meghan King to only see kids for a ‘few weeks’ every summer in new custody deal

Meghan King’s new custody deal with ex-husband Jim Edmonds will reportedly allow her to have her three kids for “a few weeks every summer” following a Child Protective Services investigation.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum agreed to let daughter Aspen, 8, and 7-year-old twins Hart and Hayes live with Edmonds full-time in Tennessee, a source told Us Weekly Thursday.

Reps for King and Edmonds were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Page Six reported Monday that the exes had reached a custody agreement a short time before they were set to appear before a judge on Dec. 9.

“The custody hearing has been called off, and both sides have reached an agreement that is in the best interests of the children,” Edmonds’ rep, Steve Honig, told us.

Last month, Page Six revealed that King, 41, lost temporary custody of their children after allegedly giving Hayes unprescribed attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) medication.

An insider told us that Hayes has not been diagnosed with ADHD.

After the incident, Jim, 55, and his current wife, Kortnie Edmonds, received a call from Child Protective Services (CPS) and flew from Tennessee to his kids in Missouri, where King resides.

Following the investigation, King was granted supervised visits with her children twice a week.

Page Six was also told that Aspen, Hart and Hayes spent Thanksgiving with Jim and Kortnie. Shortly after the holiday, the retired MLB star celebrated Aspen’s 9th birthday by throwing her a Taylor Swift-themed party.

King and Jim were married for five years before calling it quits in October 2019, after the athlete’s alleged affair with their nanny.

Years after finalizing their divorce, the former pair have remained highly contentious. In September, Kortnie called the cops on the former Bravolebrity, claiming she barged into her and Jim’s home.

When confronted by police, King broke down and said her ex is “emotionally abusive.”
