Donna Kelce Teases Travis’ Wedding to Taylor Swift, Jokes She Didn’t Need to Sign NDA
Donna Kelce is staying tight-lipped about Travis Kelce‘s wedding to Taylor Swift — but not because of an NDA.
“They know I can keep a secret,” Donna, 73, teased to TMZ in a video posted Wednesday, February 11, denying that she had to sign any paperwork to keep quiet about the upcoming wedding.
When asked whether she’s already chosen a song for her first dance with Travis, 36, Donna replied, “I think with [my son] Jason I danced to ‘Love Shack’ by the B-52s, so we’ll see what I can muster.”
Donna was also asked about her star turn on season 4 of The Traitors, joking that she had a “mission” going into the show.
“My mission was to increase viewership because of the people I know,” she explained. “Not because of me!”
Travis and Swift, 36, got engaged in August 2025 after two years of dating. “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” they teased in a joint Instagram post at the time, with Swift’s song “So High School” playing in the background.
In honor of the couple’s milestone, Donna made a subtle change to her social media presence, updating the cover photo on her Facebook page to feature pics of Travis and the pop star when they were kids.
Since the pair were first linked, fans have followed along with how Swift has bonded with Travis’ family. Donna has been spotted cheering for Travis’ team with Taylor at multiple Kansas City Chiefs games, and more recently, she stepped out at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival with the singer’s mom, Andrea Swift.
As for Travis and Taylor’s wedding plans, a source told Us Weekly in September 2025 that the process was already underway.
“She is having so much fun researching venues and locations,” the insider said. “She’s in the ideation phase and enjoying it because she’s so creative.”
According to the source, Travis and Taylor were hoping to keep their guest list on the smaller side. “They don’t want to have a big, over-the-top wedding with a ton of people. It will be private with friends and family, not a ton of celebrities or random people,” the insider explained. “It will be meaningful, and they will be surrounded by people who are special to them.”
The source continued, “Despite their celebrity, they are down-to-earth and normal. They aren’t the flashy people who want a $20 million fantasy wedding. She doesn’t want the pomp and circumstance. It will be more intimate.”
Donna isn’t the only family member who’s been asked about the upcoming nuptials. Earlier this month, Kylie Kelce stayed mum on the pair’s wedding plans during an appearance on the Today show.
“Do we think there’s a wedding this year?” Savannah Guthrie asked on January 30, with Kylie replying, “I have no idea.”
“You’re not gonna lie?” Guthrie teased before hinting, “You’re not gonna get yourself in trouble either, I know.”
Kylie laughed and said, “Never,” adding that she’s “so excited to celebrate” with her brother-in-law when the big day finally arrives.
