Prince Harry and Meghan Markle kicked off their Valentine’s Day weekend with a romantic dinner date in Beverly Hills.

In photos obtained by People, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were pictured stepping out at Funke on Friday evening, with Markle rocking a brown puffer coat with black pants, and Harry opting for a black jacket and jeans.

For the outing, the mom of two wore her hair in a sleek updo, smiling alongside her husband as they left the upscale restaurant.

The couple was seen stepping into a large vehicle as they left the restaurant following the dinner outing.

Funke is a favorite for the couple — they previously dined there in August for the “With Love, Meghan” host’s 44th birthday.

On Saturday, the Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to share a sweet, rare snapshot of her husband holding their daughter Princess Lilibet, 4, as she clutched a bouquet of red balloons.

“These two + Archie = my forever Valentines ♥️” she gushed in the caption.

Prince Harry smiled lovingly at his daughter, who wore a pink ballet uniform, in the sunset photo.

Last year on Valentine’s Day, the As Ever lifestyle brand founder shared a photo of herself locking lips with Harry — the pair spent the holiday apart as Harry attended his Invictus Games.

“Back home taking care of our babies, and missing my Valentine, as he continues on at the Invictus Games,” she wrote alongside the black-and-white snapshot.

“Beyond proud of my husband and what he’s created,” she continued in part. “My love, I will eat burgers & fries and fish & chips with you forever. Thank you for you. #lovewins As ever, M.”

The couple famously married in the UK in a lavish royal ceremony in May 2018, and welcomed Prince Archie, now 6, a year later.

After quitting their duties as working members of the royal family in 2020, they relocated to Montecito, Calif., before welcoming Princess Lilibet in June 2021.

Though Markle again flaunted their love in January with a PDA-packed video for the viral 2016 trend, royal author Christopher Andersen told Us Weekly last month that Harry is “somewhat uneasy” with his west coast life with the “Suits” alum.

“He has suffered from crippling social anxiety,” Anderson told the outlet, while “Meghan embraces that life more.”

A separate source for the outlet, however, claimed that Harry’s found peace away from the British tabloid media.

“Harry is so happy living in the private world,” the insider shared with Us Weekly. “Even though he was raised [as a royal], he was never comfortable in that environment. He feels more like himself here.”
