Carl Radke talks dating, ‘Summer House’ drama at VRT ‘Soft Launch’ party
Carl Radke is officially ready to mingle!
The “Summer House” hunk recently welcomed Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real to Greenpoint, Brooklyn, for “The Soft Launch” of his highly anticipated new venture, Soft Bar.
Sponsored by Mingle Mocktails, the exclusive event showcased the reality star’s new non-alcoholic cafe and bar, which Radke says was instrumental in helping him move forward after his dramatic split from ex-fiancée Lindsay Hubbard.
“It definitely gave me something to… direct my passion and focus to,” Radke shared, noting that it took him some time to heal and find closure.
During the event, which took place Friday night, Radke gave Murphy and Real a personal tour of the industrial-chic space, pointing out the 24-foot ceilings, vintage Italian furniture and the signature long green bar.
Guests — including “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” stars Nick Arrington and Jasmine Ellis Cooper, plus comedians Anna Roisman and Andrea Lopez — cheered Radke on as they sipped their Mingle Mocktails and celebrated his thriving new chapter.
Designed to be a community hub, Soft Bar transitions seamlessly from a daytime coffee shop into a moody lounge at night.
Radke — who got sober after his brother died of an overdose in August 2020 — emphasized that his menu goes far beyond basic juices, offering an extensive non-alcoholic wine program and “soft cocktails” packed with functional ingredients like adaptogens and nootropics.
“‘Mocktail’ sounds like you’re making fun of something; we don’t do ‘mocktails’ here,” the 41-year-old reality star explained of his elevated menu. “We make soft cocktails, but the soft cocktails we serve, you feel because they have ingredients like electrolytes, vitamins, mushrooms… not the psychedelics.”
Of course, the conversation wasn’t just about beverages. Radke happily opened up about his love life, confirming that he is currently dating and keeping his “eyes open.”

He even admitted that Soft Bar has become a convenient “pre-date” spot where they can chat over non-alcoholic beverages.
He also weighed in on the turbulent current season of “Summer House,” specifically the marital drama between co-stars Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula.
“It’s been a tough situation. My heart goes out to Kyle and [Amanda] big time,” Radke said of the duo, who announced their split last month.
However, he assured fans that Cooke and Batula are in a good place amid the divorce and believes they will ultimately “land on their feet” separately post-split.
As for his future on our television screens, Radke has his sights set beyond the Hamptons.
While he said he’d be open to joining “The Bachelor,” his ultimate reality TV dream is to join the cast of “Dancing With the Stars.”
“Summer House” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo with new episodes available to stream the next day on Peacock.
