Aaron Rodgers turns workout question into sex confession

Aaron Rodgers made a marital sex confession during a new interview, even as the identity of his wife remains a mystery.

The NFL star was asked during a recent episode of the “Pat McAfee Show” why he’s continued his rigorous workout regimen at the age of 42, with McAfee wondering if Rodgers is “just always gonna be like that.”

In a raw moment of truth, the athlete confessed. “I want to look good. I want my wife to want to f–k me all the time.”

Rodgers also shared that he’s “trying to stay fit” and that “it’s harder when you get older.”

“After so many seasons, I would take, you know, a few weeks off, month off, month and a half,” he explained, noting that he can no longer take time off from working out.

“Now at 42, just to stay in shape, you gotta, kind of always be dialed in on the diet and sleep and workouts, if you want to look the right way.”

Rodgers revealed in December 2024 during an appearance on the “Pat McAfee Show” that he was dating someone, whom he identified only as “Brittani.”

The pro athlete gushed to McAfee and A.J. Hawk at the time that it was “a good feeling, boys,” to be in a romantic relationship.

Fans subsequently spotted him wearing a wedding ring in May on 2025 — he confirmed his marriage a month later, in June 2025.

Brittani and Rodgers had taken the plunge “a couple of months” prior, he said at the time, though he did not include any details on the nuptials or his wife.

“I’m with somebody who’s private, who doesn’t want to be in the public eye,” he said. “Didn’t sign up to be a celebrity. Doesn’t want to be a part of it,” he told McAfee.

Though a pair of sports podcasters claimed they were “pretty sure” they had identified Rodgers’ wife in January, they stopped short of publicly revealing the person they think is married to him, saying she may “want to be private.”

The former Pittsburgh Steelers star has previously dated race car driver Danica Patrick, “Divergent” star Shailene Woodley, and “Your Friends and Neighbors” actress Olivia Munn.

In July 2025, however, he divulged that he sees Brittani as “the right one.”

“When you meet the right one and you’re with the right one, your whole world changes in a second,” he told NFL Network at a Pittsburgh Steelers’ training camp, per the Daily Mail.

“And to have that person that unconditionally loves you behind the scenes, there’s no better feeling in the world, and I have the most incredible wife.”
