Ariana Madix Denies Her House Is on the Market Despite Ex Tom Sandoval’s Claims: ‘Not Yet’ (Exclusive)
Ariana Madix clarified that her house is “not on the market” after ex Tom Sandoval revealed her plans to list the property they previously shared.
Madix, 40, hit the red carpet at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton on Thursday, March 5, revealing to Us Weekly exclusively that she has “not yet” put the home up for sale.
Madix cleared the air after Sandoval, 43, was asked about the abode — which the exes battled over for two years in court — during the Tuesday, March 3, episode of What What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
As Us previously reported, Madix filed for a partition by sale in January 2024. Sandoval and Madix ultimately reached a settlement in January, nearly three years after a tumultuous end to their relationship in March 2023. (According to the filing obtained by Us, the dismissal of the case is “conditional” and would require “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.)
“The house is going on the market,” Sandoval told host Andy Cohen in an update during his appearance, adding, “She got her clothes out.”
“Oh, my God, it’s just going on the market?” Cohen, 57, replied, which Sandoval confirmed. The exes originally purchased the five-bedroom house in 2019 for $2 million after six years of dating.
Madix set the record straight about the home while stepping out in style for the event on Thursday, wearing a vibrant red Khoudia Thiam dress paired with matching pointed-toe pumps. She completed her look with a polished updo featuring a curled piece slicked down front and center.
As for what’s ahead, Madix told Us that she has more episodes of NBC sitcom St. Denis Medical coming up. “Hopefully another season of Love Island, which would be very exciting,” she added. “A lot of things I can’t quite talk about yet, but that’s always nice, right?”
Madix took over the Love Island USA hosting gig from Sarah Hyland, assuming the role for Season 6, which premiered in June 2024.
The reality star also gave a word of advice to the new Vanderpump Rules cast following news of the reboot’s renewal last month.
“Live it up. Have fun,” she said. The season 12 finale and reunion will soon be airing, and production on season 13 is slated to begin in April.
