Inside Kim Kardashian’s son Psalm’s extravagant Pokémon-themed 7th birthday party
Happy birthday, Psalm!
Kim Kardashian celebrated her youngest son Psalm’s 7th birthday with a Pokémon-themed bash, sharing Instagram photos of the lavish party on Thursday.
“Pokemon Psalm!” the reality star, 45, captioned the social media upload.
The carousel kicked off with a smiling snap of Kardashian and the guest of honor posing in front of Poké Ball balloons.
The little one sported a Pikachu T-shirt, black shorts and Vans sneakers.
Kardashian cut a similarly casual figure in a white tank top, jeans and a gold cross necklace.
The Skims creator gave her followers a glimpse of the rest of the decor, from a Pokémon card photo opp to Poké Ball chairs.
Psalm and his friends rocked out to a DJ, played in the pool and posed with a life-sized Pikachu.
Two of his siblings — brother Saint, 10, and sister Chicago, 8 — appeared in the slideshow, as did their cousins Dream, 9, True, 8, and Tatum, 3.
Chicago and Khloé Kardashian both honored the theme in Pikachu tees.
It is unclear whether Kardashian and ex-husband Kanye West’s eldest child, 12-year-old daughter North, was present for the extravagant party.
When Psalm turned 7 over the weekend, Kardashian raved over her “kind, smart and special” child in a touching Instagram tribute.
“Seven years of loving you and learning from you every single day,” she gushed. “I hope your birthday is filled with lots of Pokémon and dirt bikes. I love you so much!!!! Happy birthday to my forever baby.”
Kardashian and West welcomed Psalm in May 2019 via surrogate.
Since the former couple called it quits two years later, Kardashian has continued to give updates on their co-parenting.
In 2024, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum characterized the situation as “basically raising four kids by [herself].”
She told Scott Disick on the family’s reality show the following year that the dynamic makes her want to “snap” — and claimed in an October 2025 “Call Her Daddy” interview that her kids can go “months” without hearing from West.
Bianca Censori, who married West in December 2022, subsequently defended the rapper in a February Vanity Fair interview.
She praised her partner, 48, as an “awesome dad” who “builds worlds” for his brood.
