Crispin Glover denies ex’s claim he kept her as ‘sex slave’ in lawsuit response

Crispin Glover has denied his alleged ex-girlfriend’s claim that he held her captive as his “sex slave” in his new response to her bombshell lawsuit.

In court documents obtained by Page Six that were filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court last Wednesday, the “Back to the Future” star claimed that the woman’s “allegations that I held her captive are patently and provably false.”

Glover, 62, also described the lawsuit as a “shakedown.”

The woman, who is identified as Jane Doe, filed her lawsuit against Glover in February, claiming the actor “lured and manipulated” her into moving from the UK to work with him as his assistant in Los Angeles in 2024 after they met on social media.

She said she ended up in “a disturbing situation” where she was allegedly “held captive” by Glover in his home and forced to become his “girlfriend/sex slave.”

Jane Doe claimed that when she wouldn’t go along with Glover’s “increasingly bizarre and inappropriate demands,” he allegedly “unlawfully evicted” the woman and later assaulted her when she tried to re-enter the home to retrieve her belongings and pet cats.

The lawsuit also alleged that Glover “made a false police report and fraudulent petition for a restraining order against” the woman and “continued to harass and sexually pursue” her.

But in Wednesday’s cross-complaint, Glover claimed he had only “a brief romantic relationship” with the woman and said he realized she “suffers from serious mental health issues, including bipolar disorder,” after she already moved into his house.

Glover said the relationship fell apart when on March 1, 2024, Jane Doe “asked me to deceive others by saying that we were married in an Islamic ceremony,” and when he refused, she allegedly “began acting erratically.”

The next day, the woman allegedly returned to Glover’s with an “unknown man” and they both “verbally and physically” attacked the “Charlie’s Angels” actor.

Glover — who provided a picture of himself bloodied from the alleged attack in his court filing — claimed he called the police who arrested his ex for felony assault with a $50,000 bail.

The “American Gods” star also included several screenshots of text messages between himself and the woman and a copy of the temporary restraining order he filed against her two days after the alleged attack in his cross-complaint.

Glover’s docs read that “instead of taking accountability for her multiple illegal actions,” the woman “has made up false allegations in retaliation, and, I believe, to manufacture a lawsuit in an attempt to damage me and extract money from me.”

Overall, Glover is accusing Jane Doe of alleging assault, battery, intrusion into private affairs, and unlawful trespass.

He is demanding a jury trial and seeking damages.

A representative for Glover previously denied the woman’s “baseless” allegations when she filed her lawsuit in February.

“Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief,” the rep told TMZ. “He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication.”
