Tom Cruise goes shirtless at beach in Spain on break from filming ‘Mission: Impossible 8’

Tom Cruise showed off his chiseled physique while enjoying some much-needed downtime at Mallorca’s Formentor Beach in Spain over the weekend.

Cruise, 61, appeared to be in great spirits as he took a dip in the water alongside filmmaker Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu, whom he is collaborating with on an upcoming project.

The “Mission: Impossible 8” star rocked a pair of navy swim trunks while putting his enviable abs on full display.

Earlier in the day, Cruise was spotted wearing a gray V-neck, a tan fedora and chunky white sneakers as he boarded a small boat with Iñarritu.

The duo looked deep in conversation as they took the dinghy out to a massive sailboat for the day.

The pair are in the early stages of creating the Mexican-born director’s first English-language film since his 2015 hit, “The Revenant.”

While the film will be produced and directed by Iñarritu, Cruise will play the lead role. However, the plot details have been kept under wraps.

Meanwhile, Cruise has been busy filming the new “Mission: Impossible” across Europe — including in the United Kingdom and Norway.

The actor flocked to the slightly warmer destination of Mallorca while the cast and crew are on a break from shooting.

While it’s unclear when Cruise will be heading back up north to resume filming, he likely won’t be seeing ex-girlfriend Elsina Khayrova while in town.

Earlier this year, sources told Page Six the former couple met at one of the actor’s “top secret” Sunday tea parties at his Hyde Park penthouse.

“Tom has been having tea parties on Sundays in London,” a source told us in February. “He’s much more comfortable in London than in LA. He has butlers and homemade cakes and it’s all very British. Someone brought her.”

Khayrova was formerly married to Russian oligarch Dimitry Tsvetkov.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, the international diamond trader claimed their years-long divorce battle cost him over $180 million. He also claimed the socialite spent nearly $15 million on designer clothes and handbags during their 11-year marriage.

“Irrespective of whoever she’s with, Tom Cruise or anybody else, they should be aware that she likes the finer things in life and has expensive and luxurious taste,” he told the outlet. “Tom should keep his eyes and wallet wide open.”

Cruise split from the millionaire divorcee after less than four months of dating due to her ex-husband’s remarks in the media.

Sources told us in March that the “Top Gun: Maverick” star broke up with Khayrova to avoid issues with her outspoken ex.

“He’s filming and can’t be shooting and have her husband saying stuff every time he is mentioned in the press,” an insider told us. “They just didn’t want to deal with the ex husband coming up with something nasty to say every few weeks.”
