Olivia Culpo says Christian McCaffrey is involved in wedding planning ‘to a certain degree’

Olivia Culpo is quarterbacking all the plans for her wedding to Christian McCaffrey.

“He’s involved to a certain degree,” the model exclusively told Page Six of the NFL star’s involvement in their preparations, while hosting a supper club for health brand Thorne in New York City Tuesday night.

Culpo, 32, shared that the San Fransisco 49ers running back, 27, has completely trusted her to take the lead on wedding arrangements.

“His response nine out of 10 times is, ‘Whatever she wants,’ ’cause he’s a great guy,” she added.

The “Culpo Sisters” star said that McCaffrey “weighs in on certain aspects” but that he is “not at all” involved with the decor and aesthetic of their nuptials.

“It’s just whatever he thinks I think would look best,” she smiled.

The TLC personality also divulged her tentative plans for a few bridal looks, saying that she will probably wear three different dresses on the big day.

“We’ll see,” she said, adding that her dresses haven’t been finalized but that she will be wearing “more than one [dress] on the day for sure.”

As for whether or not McCaffrey is planning on rocking a few looks for their wedding day, Culpo tells us she “has to ask him.”

Culpo also told us that she has been stepping up her wellness routine ahead of their wedding – so that her skin will be healthy and radiant.

“I have been trying to be more conscious about the nutrients I’m getting in every meal so that’s another reason why I love Thorne,” she said of the supplements company.

Culpo has been using Daily Greens Plus and protein powder in her meals and desserts.

“I’m just trying to take all the supplements that I can to feel as good as I can and have the most energy that I possibly can,” she shared.

Along with a change in nutrition, Culpo told Page Six she’s also been doing a lot of cold-plunging with her fiancé.

“Another thing I’ve been doing is sauna and cold plunging,” she revealed.

“I worked my way up to three minutes [and] Christian does five. I just get to redo the benefits of somebody needing to be in tip-top bodily shape.”

Culpo added that McCaffrey is “very supportive” even if she can only be in the icy bath for a few breaths.

McCaffrey proposed to Culpo in April 2023 after the couple dated for nearly four years.
