Elizabeth Hurley channels Lisa Barlow’s ‘RHOSLC’ reunion style in skintight silver dress
Is Elizabeth Hurley taking style cues from a Real Housewife?
The actress looked stunning as she rocked a metallic silver dress with daring cutouts on Tuesday night, with the actress stepping out in NYC to promote her racy new movie, “Strictly Confidential.”
The “Austin Powers” star, 58, leaned heavily into the ‘mob wife’ aesthetic by draping a plush black fur coat over her shoulders as she arrived at the Bravo studios for a taping of “Watch What Happens Live” that will air on Wednesday night.
Hurley sported a long-sleeved metallic silver Tom Ford dress ($2,490 $996) to chat with Andy Cohen, and ironically, Bravolebrity Lisa Barlow may have been her inspiration for the night as the latter sported a sleeveless version of the same dress for the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” reunion in December.
The swimwear designer covered up the bodycon look with her fur coat on the way out, wrapping it around herself to ward off the chilly, rainy night.
She accessorized with sparkly statement earrings and silver Dolce & Gabbana platform heels ($1,345) — that looked awfully similar to the Vida Tequila owner’s own Rene Caovilla silver shoes — and wore a glowing pink makeup look for the “WWHL” taping.
This isn’t the first time in recent days that Elizabeth has rocked a bold silver dress; she showed off plenty of skin in a plunging halter-style gown at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
Before the Bravo taping, the “Bedazzled” star wore the same heels but switched up her dress as she stepped out with her 21-year-old son, Damian Hurley, to promote “Strictly Confidential,” which he wrote and directed.
The swimwear guru — who wore a gold blouse and black trouser suit for an earlier outing — sported a sparkly long-sleeved pink, purple and blue ombré midi dress, accessorizing with a chic pair of Gucci aviator sunglasses that matched her son’s eyewear.
As for the movie, the mother/son duo have been making headlines in recent days after Elizabeth shared that she felt “relaxed” stripping for the camera in front of newbie director Damian.
“Having him there meant that I felt safe and looked after,” she told Access Hollywood, adding it was “kind of liberating to work with your family.”
Damian continued that some “find this really controversial” but for himself and his mother, feeling awkward about his directorial debut’s racy scenes was “just not a thing” because “it’s part of business.”
