Taylor Swift wears little black dress for double date with Travis Kelce, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes in New Orleans

Taylor Swift was a beauty in black for her double date with boyfriend Travis Kelce and pals Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes in New Orleans Friday night.

The pop superstar, 35, stepped out in the Big Easy in a little black lace dress from Simkhai ($895). She paired her look with matching black boots and her signature hair styled down with bangs.

Swift also accessorized with a Gucci Horsebit 1955 super mini bag ($1,750).

Some fans took to social media to speculate about whether her outfit was an Easter egg that her long-awaited re-recording of her 2017 album, “Reputation,” was on its way.

“Come here dress in black now so so so it goes Reputation (Taylor’s version) 0mg!!!,” one Swiftie wrote on X Friday. However, another disputed, “taylor wearing black doesn’t mean rep 💔💔 PLEASE STOP.”

Swifties have been dissecting Swift’s date night outfits for months, including one ensemble she wore in New York City last October that included a snakeskin bag. Snakes are another symbol for “Repuation.”

Fans even thought Kelce, 35, was getting into the clue game himself, when he wore an all-black suit before a Kansas City Chiefs versus Atlanta Falcons game in September 2024.

However, for the latest outing in NOLA, the tight end opted for an all-gray outfit instead. He wore a Dior and Hylton Nel overshirt ($2,300) and matching Dior track pants ($1,250) with Air Jordan 3 sneakers.

People online were not as pleased with Kelce’s look, though, as they were with Swift’s.

One critic wrote via X, “why does he look like he just escaped prison ☠️” and another added, “He looks like a garbageman.”

Kelce was likely looking to be as comfortable as possible as he was just two days away from facing off against the Philadelphia Eagles with his Chiefs teammates for Super Bowl 2025.

Patrick, who was also present for the outing, dressed casually as well. The quarterback, 29, sported a jacket, jeans, white sneakers and matching backwards cap.

Brittany, for her part, glammed it up in a ravishing red coat that already put her in the Chiefs team spirit with matching red heels and purse. She also styled her hair in a pretty updo.

The influencer, also 29, just gave birth to her and her husband’s third child, a baby girl named Golden Raye, last month, but she has been seen wearing stylish outfits within days of welcoming her newborn.

“Bringing me back to life and making me feel human again😂,” she wrote via her Instagram Story in January, thanking her glam team.

Swift, Kelce and the Mahomeses’ chic looks Friday night did not go to waste, as they enjoyed a meal at at Lilette — a French restaurant dubbed one of the “sexiest” establishments in New Orleans.

As the couples walked out of the establishment, swarms of fans were there to take pics and fawn over them. We were told they all left around 10 p.m. at night and walked out of a side door.

Swift and Brittany are expected to be in a suite on Sunday, while Kelce and Patrick are out on the field.

The Chiefs play the Eagles at Caesars Superdome at 6:30 p.m. ET.
