A$AP Rocky admits to stealing clothes from Rihanna’s closet without her knowing

A$AP Rocky can’t resist popping into Rihanna’s closet.

In an episode of “The Run-Through” with Vogue podcast, the rapper and Met Gala 2025 co-chair admitted to stealing pieces from her wardrobe, some of which his girlfriend may not know he took from her.

When it comes to his approach to getting dressed, he explained, “Man, pardon my language, I do what the f—k I want… I want to represent, I want to be a catalyst for daring men.”

The “Fashion Killa” artist continued, “I don’t know who drew the line between femininity — or just being feminine — and masculinity, excuse me. I don’t know who drew that line, but I don’t see any barriers for me.”

A$AP Rocky also doesn’t believe it’s “fair” that his girlfriend can go into his wardrobe and take anything to style for her own nights out.

“That goes both ways,” the rapper said, confessing that there are pieces “she don’t know that I actually stole.”

Rih is just as guilty as he is, Rocky says. “Sometimes you can see her on an interview or see a paparazzi photo like, ‘Wait. There goes my Miu Miu f—king jacket! Like, what the f—k? I was looking for that since 2021.’”

The “Diamonds” singer has admitted that she admires her beau, too, previously stating that she sometimes feels “bummy as s—t” next to him.

She continued, “I’m getting on a plane. We should be in sweats. He wants to be in a full Bottega suit. I’m like, ‘Why you got to do that to me?’”

A$AP Rocky mentioned there are “no barriers” for him when he’s getting dressed, pointing out specific pieces he’s stepped out in.

“For me, kilts, pearls, shirts on the head, these are all things that were meant to be like, emasculated and meant to look feminine,” he explained. “And they all started out with African men wearing them. Another fact.”

The artist will be co-chairing the Met Gala 2025 on Monday alongside Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton and Pharrell Williams, with this year’s theme honoring black dandy style.

Indeed, Rocky often wears embellishments and bold accessories, including at the 2023 Met Gala, where he layered a plaid kilt skirt over jeans and Rihanna joined him in a voluminous floral cape look.

He’s sure to show up in something bold next week — whether it came from Rih’s closet or the runway.
