Alexis Bellino is “relieved” that her fiancé, John Janssen, has settled his case with ex Shannon Beador, a source exclusively tells Page Six.

“Alexis is relieved to put this entire ordeal behind them,” our insider says, referencing the lawsuit he filed against the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star after loaning her $75,000 for a facelift.

“She never wanted this situation with Shannon and John to come between them and she’s glad they can just close this chapter and put it in the past.”

The source further tells Page Six that all Bellino “ever wanted was to move forward,” especially as she and Janssen plan their wedding.

The couple got engaged in August, nine months after they started dating.

“Alexis is focused on her engagement with John and moving forward with their lives,” our insider reveals.

“She is happier than she’s ever been and is grateful they can all move on.”

In March, Janssen filed a lawsuit in the Orange County Superior Court, claiming that Beador breached their oral contract and was committing promissory fraud by purposely not paying him back after he loaned her money to get plastic surgery done.

He reportedly lent her $40,000 via wire transfer on Jan. 23, 2022, for the facelift and another $35,000 via personal check on May 20, 2023.

They allegedly agreed that Beador would pay him back with interest, but he decided to take legal action after multiple alleged requests for repayment in 2023 and 2024.

Following the filing, Beador argued that the money had been a gift, telling People in a written statement, “I am shocked and disappointed that John has a filed a lawsuit. My attorney has been in constant communication with his counsel.

“I agreed to pay John what he wanted because I knew that attorneys fees would surpass the amount sought, but more importantly to eliminate the negative emotional components that come with a lawsuit. It is important that I continue to focus on the positive aspects of my life and move forward.

“John declined the offer because he refused to sign a mutual non-disparagement agreement. I was hoping that if I met his baseless demand we could at least use this as an opportunity to bring complete closure to this chapter in my life.”

After they settled the case, Beador’s attorney, Dave Beitchman, exclusively told Page Six, “Shannon made an incredibly smart emotional and financial decision in deciding to settle this case.

“I have no doubt in my mind that Shannon would prevail in this matter, but the cost of defending the case would easily be more than the amount that was sought,” he explained after calling the “premise” of the lawsuit “shameful.”

“While she was certainly prepared to fight for the truth, I congratulate her in taking the high road and putting this matter behind her.”

Before he got engaged to Bellino, Janssen dated Beador for nearly four years and called it quits in 2023.

After he started dating Bellino, the 47-year-old returned to “RHOC” where she feuded with Beador.

Reps for Bellino did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
