Ali Larter stripped down to nothing but a red string bikini and shared her beauty and fitness secrets in a revealing new Instagram post.

In the jaw-dropping mirror selfie shared Monday, the “Final Destination” star casually showed off her fit physique in the skin-baring two-piece from her on-set trailer.

She wore her blond hair down around her shoulders and accessorized with a simple crucifix.

“I had to shoot a bikini scene for my show last week,” the 49-year-old actress captioned the sizzling snapshot in part, adding that “playing a character that is so comfortable in her body drives me.”

The “Legally Blonde” actress then shared a detailed breakdown of her daily routine.

“Bed by 11pm and I take magnesium and gaba, wake at 5:30am,” she wrote. “Celery juice and coffee and hit the gym by 6. I do a 30 minute intervals run and 10 minutes of core. Shower, dunk my face in ice water, slather with oil cause of my spray tan. Leave for work at 7am.”

After working on her spray tan, she has “another coffee, lemon water, eggs and Turkey bacon.”

“Put on Angela’s diamond cross which is my suit of armor for this woman. 10 minutes of deep breathing to break down the BS I tell myself and redirect my energy to a calm, confident, and creative state while I look over my material. And then go walk the walk!”

Fellow actress Busy Phillips couldn’t contain her admiration in the comments thread. “ALI MY GOD YOU ONLY GET HOTTER🔥❤️,” she gushed, to which Larter responded, “right back at you, woman!”

Others resolved to take Larter’s secrets to heart. “Holy smokes — you look UNREAL!! I need to do all of these things immediately!!! #GOALS,” enthused a fan. “Landman is your calling!!! ❤️👏🔥” remarked a third.

“I’ll have what she’s having. Holy moly Ali. 🔥,” a fourth chimed in.

Larter, who scored her breakout role as Darcy in 1999’s “Varsity Blues,” currently plays Angela Norris, the ex-wife of Billy Bob Thornton’s Tommy Norris in Paramount+’s Texas oil drama “Landman.”

In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, the mom of two — who has been married to Hayes MacArthur since 2009 — admitted she “loves” taking on the seductive character.

“If there was something I was uncomfortable with, I wouldn’t do it,” she told the outlet earlier in June. “What’s more uncomfortable is that people are so uncomfortable by their sexuality.”

“I’m also like, ‘Objectify me. C’mon,’” she added. “I have two children. I’ve been married for 19 years. I love playing this character.”
