Have no Easter Sunday plans? American Idol’s got you covered.

On Thursday, April 3, PEOPLE can exclusively announce that the singing competition show will air a special three-hour “Songs of Faith” episode on April 20.

The night will feature powerful performances by Grammy-winner CeCe Winans, alongside Idol alums Roman Collins, Jelly Roll, Brandon Lake and The Brown Four.

Judges Carrie Underwood, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan will also each take the stage for special performances.

In addition to the performances, the remaining 20 Idol contestants will sing faith-inspired songs.

On Sunday, April 6, Hollywood week continues and it’s up to the judges to make eliminations afterward. Then, on April 7, the brand-new “Head-to-Head” round will begin.

Season 23 of Idol marked a homecoming for Underwood, 42, who’s the show’s newest addition.

The “Before He Cheats” singer won season 4 of the show two decades ago — and she’s the first alum to sit at the judge’s table.

“As a former Idol and dynamic musical force, she brings a remarkably unique perspective to one of the most popular shows on television,” Craig Erwich, the president of Disney Television Group, said in a statement. “Welcome home, Carrie.”

This season also marks the first time the show has an “Artist in Residence” — and it’s Jelly! He will make his debut on April 7.

In a YouTube video announcing the news, Jelly and Ryan Seacrest shared their excitement. At one point, the host told the country star he’s “shaping America’s future.”

“And I feel like I’m giving them the energy they need. I’m uplifting and trying to get ’em goin’!” the “Save Me” singer, 40, said.

American Idol airs Sundays and Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
