After Page Six reported that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo is a resident of New York City, the ex-pol was spotted voting in Manhattan on Thursday.

Many previously thought that Cuomo wasn’t registered to vote in the Big Apple.

When he left the governor’s mansion in 2021, The Post reported that he dumped his stuff at his sister’s place in Westchester, about 14 miles south of where he once lived with ex Sandra Lee.

There was more speculation over where Cuomo would live when reports emerged that sis Maria and her fashion designer hubby, Kenneth Cole, put their suburban home on the market for a cool $22 million over the summer.

Spies said that on Halloween, Cuomo, 66, was “in a Midtown East early-voting place around 10 a.m.” He didn’t exactly keep a low profile. The source added, “He did his civic duty and caused quite a stir inside as voters came up to him, posed for selfies.”

A pic obtained by Page Six shows Cuomo in a navy suit and white shirt shaking a citizen’s hand outside the polls. He did the same thing “with members of the NYPD out front,” our spy said, “thanking them for their service.”

Some voters at the polling place were asking him to run again, amid buzz that Cuomo could mount a mayoral run amid all the legal drama with Mayor Eric Adams and City Hall.

A new poll showed Cuomo as the front-runner in a hypothetical primary next year.

While the law is murky, mayoral candidates generally have to live within city limits. Cuomo previously told Rosanna Scotto, “I have an apartment in New York City. I live in Westchester and I go back and forth,” but he didn’t elaborate about his residency.

Cuomo was back in town from Washington, DC, where he delivered a keynote address to the National Italian American Foundation gala, also attended by Kellyanne Conway.

He resigned from office three years ago amid a slew of harassment allegations, which he strongly denied.
