Anne Hathaway shares the instant facelift hack she used for the Oscars 2026 red carpet

Anne Hathaway is revealing the behind-the-scenes tricks from the Oscars 2026 red carpet.

The actress, 43, took to Instagram after Sunday’s awards show to share a video breaking down exactly how she got ready to look radiant with the help of her glam team — and a hack.

“Alright, drumroll please … Orlando, show them our secret,” she laughed as hairstylist Orlando Pita pulled away strands of hair from the side of her head, revealing hidden braids on each side.

“One on each side, and we bring it together in the back,” he explained. “And you look a little more awake,” Hathaway added.

With the hair at her temple pulling her face just a subtle amount, it’s like an instant facelift — and perhaps the answer to the plastic surgery speculation that has followed the star in recent months.

“Thank you so much for being here, and for transforming me,” she thanked her entire glam team once she was ready to hit the road.

She’s previously gone viral for her beauty hacks, revealing on TikTok in 2024 that she uses a bobby pin to plump her lips.

Hathaway, who stars in this spring’s release of “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” made appeared on stage alongside Anna Wintour to present the award for best costume design and best makeup and styling.

“I’m just curious,” asked Hathaway — clad in Valentino and Bulgari — of Wintour while on stage, “What do you think of my dress tonight?”

Comically ignoring her question, Wintour simply leaned into the microphone and began, “And the nominees are …”
