Ariana Madix shares new PDA pic for boyfriend Daniel Wai’s birthday: ‘The most handsome man I know’
“Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix wished boyfriend Daniel Wai a happy birthday on Saturday with a sweet Instagram post.
“happy birthday to the most handsome man i know,” she captioned a snap of the couple giggling and looking at each other lovingly during Coachella last month.
She added in the post that Wai “always lets [her] have the first and last bite 👑💖🥵”
The fitness instructor thanked Madix for the post, adding in a comment, “Best year ever!!”
The couple met at a wedding in Mexico in March 2023 after the Bravo star famously dumped her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval for having a months-long affair with their castmate Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
Madix, 38 and Wai were first linked at Coachella in April 2023 when they were spotted making out.
By May, she was flying out to New York City, where Wai resides, and the two were spotted cozying up at Yankees games and trendy restaurants.
Since then, they’ve been spotted out together many times over the last year, most recently when they went back to Coachella where it all began.
“He’s a very grounding, calming, positive energy,” Madix gushed on an April episode of Dear Media’s “Scheananigans With Scheana Shay” podcast. “He’s very, like, always trying to help with things.”
While she didn’t comment on the seriousness of their relationship, she teased it’s “going towards things that are positive.”
She added that she’s going to “keep doing what makes me happy” and “gonna keep him around.”
And while Madix — who recently spent eight weeks playing Roxie Hart in Broadway’s “Chicago” — can’t predict the future, she did say she would love if Wai moved out to Los Angeles, where she resides.
Madix may have cut her ex loose after the affair scandal, which was famously dubbed Scandoval, but she’s still dealing with the fallout.
Leviss, 29, sued both Sandoval, 41, and Madix for revenge porn, eavesdropping, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy in February.
Leviss claims that Sandoval filmed an intimate FaceTime of her without her consent – which in turn was “distributed, disseminated and discussed publicly” by Madix.
Madix slammed the suit, claiming her former co-star is trying to “punish” and “blame” her for the latter’s affair with Sandoval.
Sandoval, meanwhile, says the lawsuit is Leviss’s “thinly veiled attempt to extend her fame and to rebrand herself as the victim instead of the other woman.”
