Bijou Phillips — who recently filed for divorce from Danny Masterson after he was convicted of rape — was spotted looking happy with her new boyfriend, Jamie Mazur, at a party thrown by Alice + Olivia for Pride month in NYC.

“They came in looking really happy,” a spy told Page Six. “Jamie was smiling like a proud boyfriend when she was on the red carpet.”

The pair were spotted earlier the same day strolling through Central Park and holding hands, before hitting the fashion event at Terminal 5 featuring a performance by Paris Hilton.

Hilton took the stage in a sequin rainbow dress at the party thrown by her fashion designer pal Stacy Bendet.

She was surrounded by smoke machines and male back-up dancers — who ended the set by getting shirtless — as the star belted out her tune, “Stars Are Blind.”

Sister Nicky Hilton was in the front row with her two young daughters, and a number of drag queens stood up holding signs, including one with Paris’ famous motto, “That’s hot.”

Bendet has known the sisters “since our teens,” she said.

“I joke that when I was 20, Paris stole my fake ID,” she told Page Six. But, “Everyone knows Paris for her beauty and fame, but there’s so much depth beneath that,” she added.

Dylan Mulvaney, Olivia Palermo, Jenny Mollen, Alexandra Richards and Timo Weiland also attended.

Phillips — the daughter of John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas and model Geneviève Waïte — has also been pals with the Hiltons for years.

The party was one of the first appearances for her and Mazur.

Last week, they were spotted together at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles.

A source previously told Us Weekly that Phillips and the RE/DONE founder, 43, met via Phillips’ friend, Alessandra Ambrosio — who was engaged for 10 years to Mazur, but they called it quits in 2018.

Masterson, 48, was convicted of two counts of rape in May 2023 during a retrial of a case involving three women. He was found guilty, but a jury was unable to decide on a third verdict for an alleged assault regarding a former girlfriend.

Phillips stood by him after he was charged with three counts of rape in 2020, and attended his sentencing in September 2023 — when he was ordered to spend 30 years behind bars.

Two weeks later, she filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage.
