Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, enjoyed a rare date night amid their ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

The actress, 38, took to Instagram Wednesday to share a timelapse video of herself styling her hair using her Blake Brown products.

Lively later snapped a selfie with Reynolds, 49, taken on the streets of New York City.

“Puttin’ y night out hair to good use ✨🤎✨,” she wrote atop the image, adding below, “I spy the Empire Hotel 🥰iukuk [if you know, you know].”

The couple was seen smiling for the camera, with Lively flashing an open-mouthed grin and Reynolds displaying a more subtle smirk.

For the outing, Lively wore her long, dirty-blond locks down in loose waves, completing her glam with a berry-colored lip.

Though her complete outfit was not visible in the shot, her shoulders were draped in a black material, and her ornate statement necklace was on display.

Meanwhile, the actor sported reading glasses, a 5-o’clock shadow and a tan trench coat atop a white collared shirt and a black tie, which was tucked into a cream-colored sweater.

Lively and Reynolds wed in September 2012 and share four children: daughters James, 10, Inez, 8, and Betty, 5, as well as son Olin, 2.

Lively sued Baldoni, her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director, in December 2024 for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages, claiming she is out a whopping $161 million as a result of his alleged actions.

She alleged that Baldoni, 41, sexually harassed her on the set of their August 2024 movie and that after they held a meeting to address his alleged behavior, he allegedly hired a crisis management team to destroy her reputation.

Baldoni — who has continued to deny Lively’s allegations against him — responded in January by filing a $400 million defamation and extortion countersuit against her and Reynolds.

His countersuit — as well as his $250 million libel lawsuit against the New York Times, which was first to report on Lively’s claims — were tossed out in June.

Despite the recent formal closure of his case, Baldoni has made it clear that he’s not done putting up a fight.

In fact, earlier this month, the actor filed a request to dismiss Lively’s suit, arguing that she cannot prove her allegations.

Her case will be tried in March 2026.
