Brandi Glanville revealed that she contemplated suicide during one of the hardest periods of her life.

During the April 10 episode of Tori Spelling’s MisSPELLING podcast, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 52, admitted that she’s been in a dark place since Caroline Manzo’s sexual assault allegations went public.

While opening up about her facial disfigurement, Glanville told Spelling of the challenges she’s faced while also fielding a lawsuit regarding her alleged misconduct while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip with Manzo in January 2023.

“In the midst of all of this, I’m not working. All my jobs are canceled because of the Caroline work,” she said, explaining to Spelling. “The narrative when we got back from Morocco was I was fired for being inappropriate with Caroline Manzo. And I wasn’t… It’s ruined my life.”

“I got sick six months later. But those six months, I was in a fetal position on my couch, like, contemplating suicide, being called horrible things,” Glanville added. “It’s so crazy that the press has so much power.”

The reality star went on to call out online “bloggers” who wrote stories about the lawsuit, claiming that coverage changed from “gave her a lap dance, to kissed her unwantingly, to sexually harassed her then to rape.”

Glanville also claimed that she lost several jobs, including one lined up in Australia, after the news made headlines.

“And then I lost my looks at the same time,” she continued, referencing her facial parasite crisis. “I literally, at 51, started OnlyFans, because I didn’t have income for six months and I was like going through my savings.”

“I was making good money and then my face started being crazy,” she said, adding that her clients began requesting photos of herself without the mask she used to hide her face. “It’s just been a really tough time. And then now, still not having a diagnosis.”

In January 2023, Glanville was asked to leave filming in Morocco after allegedly taking things too far with Manzo during a party.

One year later, Manzo filed a formal lawsuit against Bravo and it’s subsidiaries for the sexual harrassment she allegedly experienced on set. In a signed affidavit obtained by PEOPLE in May 2024, Manzo detailed her claims of sexual assault, and alleging that Glanville “rubbed her vagina on me” while sitting on a couch.

She also claimed that producers didn’t separate the two, and Glanville later followed her into the bathroom, where she locked the door and began, “forcibly kissing me, rubbing her vagina on me and then [fondling] my vagina against my will.”

Since then, Glanville has vehemently denied the allegations and added that Peacock’s decision to indefinitely delay airing the RHUGT season has only prolonged her pain.

“I just want it to air so I can move on with my life,” Glanville told Entertainment Tonight in January 2024. “Nothing happened, that’s all I can really say. This false narrative has been going on for 10 months. It’s been the worst year of my life. Worse than my divorce.”
