Nothing says “moving on” like a half-million-dollar watch.

Cardi B splurged on a $500,000 Audemars Piguet timepiece from Benny the Jeweler just days after she and New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs sparked breakup rumors following the team’s Super Bowl loss.

“A little gift for me from me,” the 33-year-old rapper announced in an Instagram Reel Benny posted Monday, trying on the flashy piece in a sheer black minidress and crocodile thigh-high boots.

She bought the wrist candy “to set myself up the proper way for tour,” she continued, adding, “I better see you all on tour.”

The Grammy winner’s Little Miss Drama Tour kicks off Wednesday in Palm Desert, Calif., and fans couldn’t help but notice the pointed timing of her retail therapy.

“If Pretty & Petty af was a person 😂😂😂😂 Go Girl!!!!!!” one Instagram user commented, with another chiming in, “I feel like this was a gift for Stefon but she kept it for herself since he can’t act right lol.”

The watch — an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Frosted Gold Double Balance Wheel Openworked — features 18-carat white gold case and bracelet with a rainbow bezel set with baguette-cut multicolored gemstones. It was released in 2022 and sells for $477,000 on the resale market.

Benny, who counts Ice Spice, Usher and Mary J. Blige among his A-list clients, flew from New York to San Francisco to deliver the piece personally.

“We got the new new. Frosted, 41mm,” the celebrity jeweler said in the video. “Flew all the way to San Fran to drop that off.”

The self-love purchase comes after Cardi B and Diggs, 32, unfollowed each other on Instagram following Sunday’s game, where the Patriots lost to the Seattle Seahawks 29-13.

There seemed to be trouble brewing for Diggs even before his team hit the field, though. When an ESPN reporter asked Cardi if she had any words of encouragement for her beau ahead of the Super Bowl, she offered a simple “good luck” and walked away.

The “WAP” artist made a cameo during Bad Bunny’s halftime show, appearing in a corset and thigh-high gladiator heels. Reports suggest she left the game early amid tensions, despite having planned a $1.2 million celebration for Diggs, flying in family and friends for the game.

“Brah aint no way Diggs fumbled this and lost super bowl same day 😂😂😂😂” one particularly savage commenter quipped on the watch reveal clip, while another added, “Someone had to bring a trophy home.”

The former couple welcomed a son together in November 2025, months after going public with their relationship in May at an NBA playoff game at Madison Square Garden. Cardi also shares three children — Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1 — with estranged husband Offset, from whom she filed for divorce in 2024.

Diggs, for his part, welcomed four children with four different women in 2025.
