Cardi B fought back tears during the opening night of her Little Miss Drama Tour on Wednesday after fueling split rumors with Stefon Diggs.

“I do not want to get emotional,” the rapper said while on stage at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, Calif., per a TikTok video.

“I just want to tell you, don’t let nobody take your happiness away from you,” she concluded before beginning to sing her song with Maroon 5, “Girls Like You.”

The Grammy winner kicked off her two-month tour after sparking breakup rumors with the New England Patriots wide receiver during the Super Bowl 2026.

During the championship game against the Seattle Seahawks, Cardi seemed distant when an ESPN reporter asked her for any inspiring words for Diggs before taking the field.

Before walking away, she simply stated, “Good luck.”

Cardi also made an appearance in Bad Bunny’s halftime show but ended up leaving immediately after.

Immediately after the Super Bowl, where the Seahawks dominated the Patriots, the duo unfollowed each other on social media.

Fans were shocked by the news, as Diggs previously teased an engagement between them.

“It’s on the agenda,” he said to reporters during the Super Bowl opening night. “Maybe, right? I gotta get [my Super Bowl ring] first.”

Diggs added about Cardi’s support during football season, “As a significant other I really appreciate it.”

“It’s a level of appreciation because she’s an amazing woman. Being there for me is hard, you can imagine. I’m a lot to deal with but I never want to not let her know that I appreciate her for being there. Not just for the games but she supported me when she wasn’t there.”

Cardi and Diggs welcomed a son in November, and she shares Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1, with ex-husband Offset.

“She was watching the games,” he gushed. “She was texting me before the games and after the games and checking on me making sure that I was alright.”
