Catherine O’Hara looked happy in her final appearance before her tragic death on Friday.

The actress was last pictured attending Apple TV+’s Primetime Emmy Party at popular Los Angeles restaurant Ysabel on Sept. 14.

She wore a floor-length black gown for the occasion. Photos captured the star giving smiles for the cameras as she walked the red carpet at the high profile Hollywood event.

She attended the star-studded bash with her husband, Bo Welch, an Oscar- and Emmy-nominated production designer.

Welch posed for photos alongside his wife on the carpet in a classic black tuxedo.

She tied the knot with Welch in April 1992, five years after the couple met in 1987 on the set of Tim Burton’s “Beetlejuice.”

Welch showed up at the event in support of his wife, who earned an 2025 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her turn as Patty Leigh on Apple TV+’s “The Studio.”

O’Hara died on Jan. 30. She was 71 years old.

Agency CAA confirmed the “Schitt’s Creek” actress’ death in a statement given to Page Six that read, “We are saddened to announce the passing of Catherine O’Hara.”

In their statement, the agency claimed O’Hara died “following a brief illness.”

In the hours before her passing, the actress was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital in “serious” condition. According to a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson, paramedics responded to a call at O’Hara’s Brentwood home at 4:48 a.m. Friday morning.

Her cause of death remains unclear at this time.

O’Hara is survived by her husband and their two sons, Matthew, 31, and Luke, 29.

The actress first became a household name in 1988 after starring as Delia Deetz, alongside Winona Ryder and Alec Baldwin in “Beetlejuice.”

She went on to famously portray Macaulay Culkin’s mom in the “Home Alone” franchise.

In 2015, her career earned a second wind with her return to TV as Moira Rose in “Schitt’s Creek.” In 2020, she won an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for the role in 2020.
