CBS Midseason 2026 TV Schedule for New and Returning Shows: ‘Tracker,’ ‘Y: Marshals,’ ‘CIA’ and More
CBS is going above and beyond when it comes to new and returning midseason TV shows including Tracker, Y: Marshals and more — but when is each program airing?
The network’s schedule for winter 2026 includes new TV episodes every night. Scripted fans will get updates on some of their favorite shows after several fall finales set up intriguing returns. There are also new shows such as Y: Marshals, which is a Yellowstone spinoff focused on Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) from the OG show.
According to the official synopsis, Y: Marshals follows Kayce leaving “ranching life behind to join an elite unit” of U.S. Marshals. While “combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence.”
Arielle Kebbel, Ash Santos, Tatanka Means, Brett Cullen and Logan Marshall Green make up the rest of the cast. Kebbel, Santos and Means will play Belle, Andrea and Miles, respectively. They are all members of the U.S. Marshals while Cullen plays Harry Gifford, the head of the U.S. Marshals in Montana.
There is also FBI’s highly-anticipated spinoff CIA that is finally making its debut. FBI debuted on CBS in 2019 and follows the agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in New York City.
The network followed that up with FBI: Most Wanted, which aired from 2020 to 2025, about the work of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Fugitive Task Force. There was also the FBI: International spinoff about the International Fly Team that ran for four seasons before concluding in 2025.
In April 2025, CBS gave CIA a straight-to-series order starring Tom Ellis and Nick Gehlfuss.
