Cher called her boyfriend Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards’ son “really cute” and described the 5-year-old as a “close friend” in a rare comment.

The music icon, 78, spoke glowingly of the youngster during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Monday, discussing how she and Edwards, 38, spend the holiday season.

“We had a bunch of people, 25 people [over],” the “Moonstruck” star explained. “We had kids that are really cute and I have a cute little friend, a close friend Slash, who’s my boyfriend’s son and he’s really, really cute.”

It’s not the first time Cher has spent time with Edwards’ son.

She and Edwards brought his son along to Cleveland when Cher was inducted at the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The trio happily posed together on the red carpet.

Later that month, the group attended a Cirque Du Soleil show in Las Vegas.

The music producer shares Slash, 5, with his ex-Amber Rose. The two were together for three years before breaking up in August 2021.

Rose, 41, seemingly accused her ex of cheating on her with at least a dozen women in a scathing 2021 Instagram Story.

“All 12 of y’all bums (the ones that I know of there’s probably more) can have him,” she wrote. “Y’all very much knew he was in a relationship with a baby and y’all decided to f–k him anyway. I saw all the texts and DM’s. Y’all were well aware but y’all don’t owe me any loyalty so it’s whatever.”

However, the model is pleased that Edwards is dating Cher.

“I’m very happy that [Alexander is] with Cher because it creates stability for when [our] son goes over there,” she said on “The Jason Lee Podcast,” in March 2024. “It’s not all mayhem and stuff.”

Edwards and the “Burlesque” star were first romantically linked in November 2022 after they were spotted on a dinner date.

Cher defended their four-decade age gap describing her beau on X as “kind, smart” and “hilarious.”

During a December 2022 appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” she admitted that she acknowledges why people may find their relationship odd.

“On paper, it’s kind of ridiculous,” she rued. “But in real life, we get along great.”

The couple briefly split in May 2023 following engagement rumors, but rekindled their romance four months later and have been going strong ever since.
