Ciara Shows Off Her Vocal Prowess While Balancing a Glass of Champagne on Her Platform Heel: ‘This Was Fun’

Ciara is showing off her many talents.

The “Goodies” singer, 39, shared a peek into the cover art of her upcoming single, “Ecstasy,” on Instagram Tuesday, April 1. The new song drops on Friday, April 4, at midnight ET.

In her Instagram post, the singer included a clip of her belting out her new single — all while balancing a champagne flute on the sole of one of her bright red platform heels. At first, only the singer’s legs are in the frame, but as the clip continues, it shows viewers how she effortlessly sings while balancing her legs in the air.

“If I get exposed 🤭,” she wrote in the caption.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, April 2, the “Body Party” singer showed behind-the-scenes footage from the photoshoot on her Instagram Stories.

The first video featured one of the photoshoot employees placing the champagne flute on Ciara’s foot. As the clip ends, she attempts to sing, but then starts to lose control of the flute before the same employee comes to save the day. “That was fun 🤣,” she wrote.

She added another video of her shaking her leg and the rocking flute, before the person holding the camera began laughing and brought it down to the floor. 

The Grammy winner did post the successful shot of her perfectly steady heels and drink, and announced that her single would be available later this week. She also added a similar photo, but swapped out the sexy heels for a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1, with a red, white and black colorway.

“Heels or sneakers…don’t matter… see you there,” she wrote atop the fourth Instagram Stories post.

The singer first announced the single on Tuesday, March 25, with an Instagram photo of her posing in lingerie on a pool table. “Ecstasy,” she simply captioned it.

She then added two more posts teasing the upcoming song, with a teaser video on Wednesday, March 26, and a sexy photo shoot on Tuesday, April 1.

The latter of which, her husband, Russell Wilson, played into their ongoing flirtatious joke that he wants to have a fifth baby. “I know what you want…. 5,” he wrote in the comment section. 

Ciara, who shares three children with Wilson and a fourth child with ex-fiancé, rapper Future, consistently receives comments from the NFL player asking for a fifth child.

Just a couple of days before, on Friday, March 28, she shared a carousel of photos on Instagram from what seems to be a recent dance rehearsal, and the Giants quarterback, 36, teased his wife once again.

The post apparently caught Wilson’s eye and he commented, “Hey Baby, question…what color wallpaper you want for Cinco?”

Ciara replied to the comment, writing, “let me think about it…BRB 😭🥰😝”
