Claire Danes shared her third child’s name more than two years after giving birth to the little one.

Danes revealed the toddler is named Shay on the “Good Hang” podcast Tuesday.

During the episode, the “Homeland” alum gushed over the “really fun” youngster, who she shares with husband Hugh Dancy.

“I love watching toddlers dance when they jump [and] do the bouncing thing,” she noted. “And Shay, my baby, she’s very in her head and dreamy and sometimes she’ll do this kind of [head-swaying] dance. I’m like, ‘That’s fabulous.’”

Danes, who is also the mother of sons Cyrus, 13, and Rowan, 7, mentioned Shay by name again while describing the onesies she has embroidered for each of her kids.

“I have [an unfinished] one for Shay, this third child,” Danes admitted. “She doesn’t wear onesies anymore. I’ve missed that chance. I’m confessing. I’m actually confessing to you. It’s by my bed, half-done.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, the Golden Globe winner looked back on the moment she found out she was pregnant with baby No. 3 at age 44.

Danes said she had a “meltdown,” complete with “convulsive tears.”

“I didn’t know it was physically possible,” Danes explained, noting that she had conceived Rowan via two rounds of in vitro fertilization.

The Emmy winner told host Amy Poehler that her best friend predicted the “surprise” pregnancy.

“She had this dream where she looked down and saw that she was pregnant, but she wasn’t pregnant. She was in my pregnant body,” Danes remembered.

The “Beast in Me” star debuted her “not so expected” baby bump in January 2023, confirming her daughter’s arrival six months later.

Danes described the “shame” she felt at the time on the “SmartLess” podcast in November 2025.

“I was going outside of the parameters a little bit,” she said. “Like I was naughty. I’d been caught fornicating past the point I was meant to.”

She and Dancy, 50, have been married since September 2009.
