Coco Jones marries Donovan Mitchell in star-studded wedding

Coco Jones married Donovan Mitchell on Saturday in an intimate ceremony with close friends and family.

The “ICU” singer and the Cleveland Cavaliers player exchanged vows in front of NBA stars Jaylen Brown, Jalen Brunson and Bam Adebayo.

Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson, were also present for the ceremony.

While no images have been shared of their wedding, guests shared videos online from the newlyweds’ reception.

The Philadelphia 76ers star took to Instagram to share a video of Jones and Mitchell having their first dance to Musiq Soulchild’s 2000 hit “Love.”

The Grammy winner, 28, wrapped her arms around the athlete’s neck before they shared a smooch on the all-white dance floor.

Jones stunned in a white floor-length gown that featured a crystal-adorned corset top with straps. She later changed into a white mini dress for the latter part of the reception.

Mitchell, 29, looked dapper in an all-white tuxedo and custom white Adidas sneakers that featured his wedding date written in gold.

Following the nuptials, Ciara — who, along with her husband, Wilson, assisted Mitchell with his engagement — congratulated the newlyweds on their union.

“The power of love is so beautiful. Congratulations [Mitchell and Jones]. We are so happy for you guys,” the “Goodies” singer, 40, wrote on her Instagram Stories.

Mitchell and Jones first met at a Fourth of July party in 2023 and began dating the following year.

The “Taste” songstress confirmed rumors that she and the former Utah Jazz player were dating during an episode of Shannon Sharpe’s “Club Shay Shay” in 2025.

That July, the couple announced their engagement, sharing a video from the special proposal on Instagram.

Jones previously dated Klay Thompson for a year and a half, while Mitchell was previously linked to Deja Lighty.
