Adam Mac has tied the knot with Lee Pfund — rodeo style.

The country singer, 35, announced his marriage to Pfund in a joint post on Instagram on Friday, July 25. He shared several photos from the couple’s scenic wedding in Sedona, Ariz. — which he clarified on YouTube took place on Saturday, June 28 — and dedicated his new song, “Last Rodeo,” to his husband.

“This one’s for my love,” Mac wrote in the caption of his post. “He’s everything I’m not, but just as quirky and odd in all the best ways. I truly can’t imagine facing everything this career and world throw at me without him. I wrote ‘Last Rodeo’ as my wedding vows, and we snuck away to Sedona to say ‘I do.’ ”

“I love you forever,” he added, tagging Pfund next to a white heart emoji.

Mac encouraged fans to watch the corresponding music video for “Last Rodeo,” which features different clips from the couple’s intimate desert wedding. The pair wore pinstripe Western-style suits with bolo ties for their big day. They accessorized with vintage belt buckles and cowboy hats.

“We visited Sedona four years ago on an anniversary trip and completely fell in love with the beauty and energy of the place,” Mac captioned his YouTube video. “When it came time to plan our wedding, it just made sense. We didn’t want anything big — just something deeply personal, just for us.”

On Valentine’s Day in 2024, PEOPLE confirmed the couple’s engagement. Mac told PEOPLE that Pfund popped the question on Jan. 30 that year, getting him not only a ring but also a French bulldog puppy.

“My boyfriend was very passionate that we could not have another dog,” Mac said at the time. “We already had a French bulldog by the name of Priscilla, but when I saw that there were puppies born from Priscilla’s sister, I knew I wanted one.”

He continued: “When we got home from getting our new dog, Pearl, [Pfund] put a collar on her and told me to turn around. He was on one knee, and I could see Pearl’s little collar dangling there. On one side, it said, ‘Will you,’ and the other side said, ‘Marry me.’ I was just like, ‘Are you for real?’ ”

Mac instantly became overwhelmed with emotions.

“And then I cried. And then we kissed,” he told PEOPLE. “I was so overstimulated. I didn’t think the puppy was going to happen, and I certainly didn’t think it was going to lead to a proposal.”

The couple met at CMA Fest in 2017, and have been inseparable ever since.

“We’re the weirdest f—— people,” Mac said with a laugh. “That’s what we love about each other. I feel so lucky to have found someone as weird as I am, because we are just obsessed with each other.”
