Danny Masterson’s estranged wife, Bijou Phillips, enjoys girls’ trip with Paris Jackson and Nicky Hilton to South of France

Bijou Phillips enjoyed some girls’ time amid her divorce from Danny Masterson, who is serving a 30-year prison sentence.

On Saturday, the former actress, 44, shared a carousel of photos taken during a trip to the South of France with famous friends, including Nicky Hilton Rothschild and Paris Jackson.

“Best Girls trip ever! 👯‍♀️ Had sooooo much fun! It was a dream. Love you soooo much! @nickyhilton 💖❤️👯‍♀️💖❤️💖❤️💃💃💖❤️,” she wrote in the caption, prompting Hilton to comment: “Love youuuu 😍.”

The French getaway comes amid Phillips’ divorce proceedings from Masterson.

The “That ’70s Show” alum, 48, was found guilty on two of three rape charges in May 2023 and was sentenced in September.

Ahead of the sentencing, Phillips asked for leniency, writing that Masterson was a wonderful father to their 10-year-old daughter, Fianna.

“We need him more than you can imagine. I know he has been convicted of serious crimes, but the man I married has only been an extraordinary husband to me and a devoted father to our daughter,” Phillips wrote.

She also noted that Masterson was still deeply involved in his daughter’s development despite his incarceration.

“She is far above grade level in all subjects, reading three grades above her own, and that is thanks to the guidance and attention of her father,” Phillips wrote.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher also wrote letters to the judge pleading for leniency.

Following the sentencing, Phillips filed for divorce in September 2023 citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Her attorney told TMZ, “Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter.”

Friends reportedly convinced Phillips to cut ties with Masterson to protect their daughter.

“Recently, friends and family have told her to be a mom first and to consider divorce because it really shows her daughter that eventually people need to be held accountable for what they do, even if it is someone they love,” an insider told the Daily Mail in September.

“Bijou also is doing it to protect her assets and protect her future. She doesn’t want to lose money and land and housing over a future civil lawsuit against Danny.”

However, she did take Fianna to see her father at the California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo days after his 48th birthday.

The convicted rapist agreed to give full custody of their daughter to Phillips.

The former socialite and the actor, who are both Scientologists, wed in 2011.
