Denise Richards ditches wedding ring after Aaron Phypers accuses her of affair, drug problem

Denise Richards stepped out without her wedding ring after her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, accused her of having an affair and a drug problem.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum was photographed grabbing lunch with her daughters Sami Sheen and Eloise Richards at Cross Creek in Malibu, Calif., on Sunday.

She appeared relaxed for the outing and decided to dine outdoors to accommodate her dog.

Denise, 54, sported a blank tank top and cargo-style jeans for the outing, accessorizing with a brimmed sun hat, sunglasses and sneakers.

She noticeably flaunted her white nails, with her diamond ring missing on that finger.

After lunch, the trio made their way to the parking lot as the TV personality held on tightly to Eloise’s hand.

The 13-year-old, who was adopted in 2011, sported black overalls and a T-shirt, while Sami, 21, wore a white tank top and jeans.

Denise shares daughters Sami and Lola Sheen, 20, with her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen.

The “Wild Things” star outing, meanwhile, marked her first public sighting since Phypers, 49, filed for divorce earlier this month, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Phypers listed July 4 as their separation date and requested his estranged wife pay him spousal support.

The couple reportedly had a “f–k you” fight that ultimately led to their demise.

“All they were doing was fighting. It was very toxic,” an insider told the Daily Mail after the filing. “They have been having trouble for some time.”

Days later, Phypers appeared somber as he stepped out without his wedding ring while running errands in Los Angeles.

Last week, Denise was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex after she accused him of physical abuse and threatening to kill her.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,” the reality star claimed in court documents obtained by Page Six.

She also included a photo of herself with a black eye, which she claimed occurred in 2022 after one of Phypers’ alleged outbursts.

Phypers denied the allegations, telling People, “Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise — or anyone. These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful.”

On Sunday, he accused Denise of having a Vicodin addiction and cheating on him in a letter sent to the estranged couple’s family and friends and obtained by Page Six.

“For nearly a decade, she has struggled with an addiction to Vicodin (which she jokingly calls ‘Vitamin D’ or ‘white chestnuts’), mixed with Adderall and tequila,” Phypers alleged.

“Some of you know this has been an issue for over 20 years. She’s no longer eating real meals, and I’ve witnessed her pass out from substances — putting herself and others in danger, including while driving with our daughter.”

Denise has yet to respond to the allegations.
