Denise Richards’ ex Aaron Phypers and his parents ‘begging’ for help as they are evicted from LA home
Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, and his family are “begging” for help after being evicted from the Los Angeles mansion he once shared with the actress.
Aaron’s mom, Patricia Phypers, launched a GoFundMe page in which she is asking the public for financial assistance after an LA court ruled in favor of the landlord to take possession of the $3.3 million home.
“Please Help My Son Aaron,” she wrote on the fundraiser page, calling herself, “a Grandmother Begging for Justice and for the Little Girl Torn From Our Lives.”
Patricia, who shares Aaron with Steven Phypers, went on to say that she is a “mother and a grandmother begging the public for help.”
“My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him,” she claimed.
Patricia then went on to say that the “deepest wound” for Aaron, 53, was the “loss of his daughter,” referring to 14-year-old Eloise, whom Richards, 54, adopted before her relationship with him. (Aaron is fighting for custody of Eloise, claiming that he raised her as his own and accused Denise of failing to file his adoption papers for her.)
“[Eloise] was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him… and from us… without truth, without justice, without mercy,” Patricia claimed.
Patricia further alleged that she stepped in when Richards needed her help.
“I was brought in to hold a collapsing home together — 36 dogs, 5 cats, endless responsibilities, all hidden from the landlord,” she wrote. “I spent my small pension on vet bills, food, and care because no one else would. My son Brett and I were put in impossible, unlawful situations to cover for fraud we never created.”
During that time, Patricia said she cared for Eloise “for weeks” by “loving her, protecting her” and “giving her stability while my Daughter in-law traveled.”
“I even cared for her older daughters’ cats because they wouldn’t bother,” she alleged.
Patricia said that Aaron “carried the entire household,” only to allegedly be “cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing.”
“No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him,” she alleged.
Patricia said that she and her son are “out of options” as they face eviction now that her pension is “gone.”
“Please — if you have ever loved a child or grandchild — help my son fight for the truth and for Eloise,” she begged. “Your support may be the only thing that saves him.”
She signed her note, “With a breaking heart, Patricia Phypers” and also thanked those who have already donated to their cause.
As of Jan. 2, the GoFundMe had raised $1,308.
Last week, Aaron and Richards were ordered to vacate their home in Calabasas, Calif., after failing to pay $84,000 in rent.
Richards hasn’t been living in the house amid her contentious divorce from Aaron. He filed for divorce after six years of marriage in July.
In November, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum was granted a permanent restraining order against Aaron after accusing him of abusing her throughout their marriage — which he has denied.
Aaron hit back by filing documents for an emergency hearing in his spousal support case, arguing that he was in danger of being homeless and needed access to their funds.
“I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing
can be advanced to an earlier date and orders can be entered allowing me access to the substantial funds that are being controlled by [Richards],” he claimed at the time.
Richards adopted Eloise in 2011 and also shares two kids — Sami, 21, and Lola, 20 — with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, whom she was married to from 2002 to 2006.
