Denise Richards’ ex Aaron Phyphers goes after actress’ OnlyFans money in divorce
Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, wants half of her OnlyFans money, new divorce documents reveal.
In the docs obtained by Page Six Friday, Phypers, 53, claimed that he “helped [Richards] to build her OnlyFans account” and that he holds “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page.”
Phypers further claimed that “she has cut me off from accessing that joint income that we earned together.”
The docs, filed in Los Angeles Friday, state that Phypers is asking a judge to grant him “half of the OnlyFans income that is our joint income that we built and earned together, since I took the photographs and own the intellectual property rights.”
He added, “I do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income.”
Phypers claimed that the “Wild Things” actress, 54, makes between $200 and $300,000 per month on the subscription-based site, which Richards began creating content for in 2022.
In his declaration, the actor also claimed he’s “about to be evicted” and that he’s “out of money and financially desparate [sic],” having fallen behind on rent and other utilities.
Reps for Richards and Phypers did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
In testimony earlier in October, Richards alleged that Phypers became violent during her recovery from a cosmetic procedure in May. Per People, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” personality testified that the alleged encounter resulted in “at least three concussions” in January 2022, and that she wound up with a black eye.
According to Us Weekly, Phypers took the stand to refute her claims, telling his attorney during testimony that “yes,” it’s safe to say that the reality TV star “bruises easily.”
“She would bruise her arms, all sorts of stuff. She’d bruise herself while cooking … falling down,” he said, claiming that he witnessed the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star getting injuries “often” and that he didn’t believe she got injured “intentionally.”
Phypers — who has strenuously denied Richards’ claims and leveled his own accusations that Richards abused painkillers and alcohol and was unfaithful to him — also reiterated while on the stand, “I don’t abuse my wife.”
On day one of the restraining order hearing, Phypers’ cousin Kathleen McAllister testified that she’d seen him hit his estranged wife in the January 2022 incident.
“I saw Aaron hit Denise, and immediately, she had a really bad black eye,” McAllister claimed. “I’m literally in shock now to this day about it.”
Phypers and Richards — who was previously granted a temporary TRO but is attempting to make it permanent — married in 2018. The “Denise Richards & her Wild Things” star shares grown daughters Sami and Lola with ex Charlie Sheen. She also adopted daughter Eloise in 2011 as a single mother.
