Este Haim and Jonathan Levin spent New Year’s Day watching movies with pals after wedding

After saying ‘I do’ on New Year’s Eve, Este Haim and Jonathan Levin spent New Year’s Day binge-watching movies at Ojai Playhouse with pals, according to an insider.

We’re told “One Battle After Another” director Paul Thomas Anderson dipped into his own collection and curated screenings of “Repo Man,” “Casablanca,” “Barry Lyndon,” “Casino,” “The Birdcage,” and “Father of the Bride,” all on classic 33mm film.

Anderson joined them at the buzzy theatre, along with starry pals like Ke$ha, Maya Rudolph, Ludwig Goransson, and Donald Glover, Jason Reitman, Sasha Spielberg, plus Este’s siblings/bandmates, Danielle and Alana. The movie marathon ended at 1 a.m, we’re told.

Este’s pal Taylor Swift didn’t partake in her post-nuptial festivities on New Year’s Day, as she fled for Kansas City, MO., that afternoon. The singer was spotted at the wedding, wearing a floor-length sparkling gown and colored shawl, Page Six exclusively reported. Inside, she hung out with rock legend Stevie Nicks.

Security guards and vendors buzzed about a Swift appearance ahead of Este’s big day when her security detail was spotted at the wedding venue, Hotel El Roblar, on Dec. 30. The boutique hotel was closed to the public from Dec. 30 to Jan. 2.

Meanwhile, the bride, 39, stunned in a dramatic Louis Vuitton wedding gown, designed by pal Nicolas Ghesquière, according to Vogue. Levin wore brown and blue.

Este told the fashion mag she looked far from red-carpet-ready when Levin popped the question.

“I had Mario Badescu acne medication on, my hair was in a top knot, I had no makeup on, I was in sweats and sneakers, and we were on a hike,” she said.

Este’s hiking gear didn’t prevent Levin from presenting her with a placeholder ring, when he asked for her hand in marriage.

“A beautiful ring still, but the second he was like, ‘Will you marry me?’ and I said, ‘Yes,’ he also was like, ‘We need to design this ring because this is not the final thing.’ I thought [that] was really, really sweet,” she said.
