Exes Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky ‘touchy and warm’ at starry NYE bash

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky started the new year falling back on familiar territory.

The duo — who are currently separated — looked “very obviously together” at Kate Hudson and Cade Hudson’s starry New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colo., an eyewitness exclusively tells Page Six.

“They were really enjoying one another’s company. They had their arms around one another and were very touchy and warm with one another all night,” our source says.

“They were very obviously together and wanting to spend the party by one another’s side. If you didn’t know they had split up, you would presume they were still happily married.”

The pair put on the apparently romantic display in front of a star-studded bash, with guests including Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Kim Kardashian, Brooks Nader and her sisters, Bella Hadid, Evan Ross, Anya Taylor-Joy, Elon Musk, Lewis Hamilton, Rachel Zoe, Shawn White and more.

Reps for Richards, 56, and Umansky, 55, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

As we previously reported, the two had reunited in Aspen on Dec. 24 with their four daughters — Farrah, 37, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17 — the eldest of whom Richards welcomed with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.

During the family trip, Sophia posted a sweet video of her parents enjoying a movie night together, prompting thousands of comments from fans hoping they get back together.

“My parents watching their little movie and eating their little popcorn on the floor like little kids,” she wrote atop the TikTok.

Richards and Umansky’s flirtations come shortly after he was photographed cozying up to 34-year-old “FBoy Island” alum Celisa “CJ” Franco, which resulted in an awkward family Thanksgiving.

“That [story] was released during Thanksgiving dinner, which kinda sucked,” Umansky exclusively told Page Six on Dec. 3.

“So we’re all having Thanksgiving dinner, and Sophia’s like, ‘Dad, what the f–k is this?’ I’m like, ‘What are you talking about?’”

Despite how intimate the photos look, luxury real estate broker insisted that he and Franco are just pals.

“CJ’s my friend. It’s just that simple,” he said. “The photos look more cozy or more whatever than what the reality is. Like, we’re friends.”

Franco isn’t the first much-younger woman the Agency founder has been linked to since he and Richards confirmed their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

His first public love interest post-split came the following July with actress Nikita Kahn, 35.

By December 2024, he had already moved onto his next romantic fling and was spotted kissing model Klaudia K, 33.

Meanwhile, on the Dec. 11 episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Richards confirmed that she was in a relationship after their separation but clarified that she is “single now.”

Notably, the exes have yet to file for divorce despite their other involvements.

Richards and Umansky have remained close and even continued living together for nine months after they ended their romantic relationship.
