Guy Fieri, is that you?

The Food Network star debuted a new look on social media Thursday to celebrate his 58th birthday.

In the celebratory video, the celebrity chef traded his signature spiky blond hair and goatee for a neat brunette hairstyle and clean shave.

He also ditched his iconic flame-printed shirt and cargo shorts for a more conservative outfit consisting of a checkered button-down shirt and belted khaki trousers.

“Hey there! After so many years of celebrating my birthday as Guy, I figured this year I’d celebrate it as just a guy. Happy birthday to me!” he said in the AI-generated video, as he blew out the candles on his cake.

“New Year. New Guy. New Look,” he captioned the clip.

Many of his fans took to the comments shocked by how unrecognizable his artificial self looked.

“Wow, I barely recognized him. Bro looks like my car salesman. Happy birthday!!” one user quipped.

“Happy birthday but why do you look like Fred Flintstone!!!” another joked.

“Dad… when did you start selling insurance? 😂 ” the celebrity chef’s son Hunter chimed in.

Hunter also shared a screenshot from the video on his Instagram Stories, writing, “Happy Birthday to the Mayor! Love you dad/just a Guy.”

The “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” star shares Hunter, 29, as well as Ryder, 20, with his wife, Lori Fieri.

Although fans love Guy’s icy blond hair, Lori has confessed that she actually prefers his AI version.

“When I first met [Guy], he had no goatee. He had dark hair. He wore a suit to work every day,” she told People magazine in 2019. “Now I look at him and I’m like, ‘Where’s that man I married with the whole clean look?’”

Guy also told the outlet that he stumbled upon his signature look by accident after giving his hairstylist free rein to do “whatever” she wanted.

“I get done and I’m like, ‘You gonna wash that out, that shampoo?’ She goes, ‘No, that’s your hair color.’ I’m like, ‘My what!’”

Despite not approving of his look, Lori recognizes and respects that her husband’s edgy look is here to stay.

“I always say, ‘When are you going to change your haircut?’ But it stuck and it’s him. I tease him every once in a while. And I do want a little change sometimes,” she admitted.

“But that’s like me changing my hair to black. I mean, I’m not going to do that for him, so.”
