The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air house is for sale for the first time in 48 years.

According to a source for PEOPLE, the beloved Los Angeles home used for establishing shots of Uncle Phil and the Banks family’s home is hitting the market for the first time since 1978.

The house, known for the exterior shots of the 90s sitcom, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with over 6,000 square feet, and was last sold almost half a century ago for $732,000.

It’s unknown what the Georgian Colonial, built in 1937, will be listed for this time around.

Though the show took place in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, the house is actually located in Brentwood. Scenes featuring the interior of the house were filmed on a soundstage.

Its façade, featuring four columns and symmetrical architecture, is one of the most famous in television history.

Fans can hear the theme song to the show just by looking at it, imagining the taxi cab in the opening credits pulling up to the grand front door.

The iconic mansion was available to rent on Airbnb in 2020 in honor of the show’s 20th anniversary. Star Will Smith served as a virtual host for the socially distanced staycation booking that was available in October for Los Angeles County residents.

“I’m handing you the keys so you’ll have my wing of the mansion all to yourself — but my sneaker collection is off limits, aight?” he said in the listing.

Fans were able to try on a pair of Jordans and play basketball in the bedroom, lounge poolside, and spin “throwback classics all night on turntables.”

Smith, 57, also reunited with castmates Karyn Parsons (Hilary Banks), Tatyana M. Ali (Ashley Banks), Daphne Maxwell Reid (Vivian Banks) and Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey Banks) for a tour of the mansion that year.

“To walk through the door and walk in, it has beautiful nostalgic value,” Smith said of the house.
