Georgina Chapman, who was married to convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein, is facing foreclosure on her $2.5 million New York City home.

The fashion designer was issued a foreclosure notice on Oct. 15 that read, “You are in danger of losing your home,” per legal documents obtained by Page Six.

“If you do not respond to this summons and complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home,” the notice further stated.

In the complaint, also obtained by Page Six, Georgina, who mortgaged the property with her brother Edward Chapman, is accused of being indebted to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC for $2.5 million.

She then “executed a note to secure that sum” with a loan that required monthly payments of $9,114.58 beginning in March 2022 until February 2052.

However, the complaint claims that in November 2024, the siblings allegedly “defaulted on the mortgage” and “failed to comply with the conditions of the mortgage by failing to pay portions of principal, interest or taxes, assessments, water rates, insurance premiums, escrow and/or other charges.”

In addition to the $2.5 million Georgina and Edward owe to the mortgage company, they also have to “pay late charges and advances” and “any other charges due.”

If the foreclosure sale cannot cover what is owed, the lawyers for the mortgage company asked the court to order Georgina and her brother “to pay the amount of the deficiency.”

Page Six has reached out to Georgina’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The “Project Runway All Stars” alum, 49, split from convicted rapist Weinstein, 73, in 2017.

She filed for divorce from the disgraced movie producer in 2017 after dozens of women came forward accusing him of sexual misconduct.

Page Six exclusively reported that Georgina and Weinstein finalized their divorce in 2021.

The Marchesa co-founder has since moved on with actor Adrien Brody.
