There is good news for Hayley Williams fans!

On Friday, Aug. 1, Paramore’s lead vocalist released a surprise collection of 17 singles after previously sharing them on a website and deleting them earlier in the week.

The collection — produced entirely by Daniel James — is self-released on her new venture Post Atlantic, distributed via Secretly Distribution.

Collaborators Brian Robert Jones and Joey Howard are featured on the 17 songs, which Williams wrote, recorded and played multiple instruments. One of the tracks — “True Believer” — also includes contributions from Jim-E Stack.

Just days before the collection’s release, the “Hard Times” hitmaker, 36, made a surprise appearance at Newport Folk Festival. There, she debuted one of “Mirtazapine,” a grunge-inspired ode to mental health and antidepressants, live for the first time.

Also featured on the project are “True Believer,” a downtempo protests song describing Christianity in the South as a weaponized tool for hate; “Discovery Channel,” which samples The Bloodhound Gang’s 1999 hit “The Bad Touch;” “Ice in My OJ,” which features a chorus initially sung by Williams in 2004 on “Jumping Inside” by the Mammoth City Messengers.

On Monday, July 28, Williams shared the 17 songs on a cryptic website only to remove them roughly 24 hours later with the message, “Thank you for listening.”

Fans were initially granted access to the site with an access code as a part of the latest drop from Williams’ Good Dye Young hair dye brand.

Users could then move the tracks — which were in folders — around the screen and play them. There was also a “Misc” folder that featured a photo of a lyric book and a “Hayley Williams is my favorite band” T-shirt.

Williams’ collection is the latest batch of solo work she has released outside of Paramore. She’s recorded the albums Petals for Armor (2020) and Flowers for Vases (2021) and three EPs. Paramore released their most recent album, This Is Why, in 2023.

In May, Williams dropped the single “I Like It I Like It” with Moses Sumney.
