High school sweethearts Patrick and Brittany Mahomes recreate adorable photo from start of romance: ‘12 years later’

Brittany Mahomes shared an adorable throwback photo of herself and Patrick Mahomes from their teenage years in East Texas.

The couple, who met while attending Whitehouse High School, have been together for more than a decade and are the parents of two young children.

“Who knew 12 years later we would be where we are!” Brittany wrote on her Instagram Story Monday alongside a photo of the pair, both now 28, recreating the silly snap.

In the original, Brittany smiled widely, showing off her braces-laden teeth as she playfully put her hands around the future NFL quarterback’s face.

The blond beauty styled her hair in a side part with a pink headband and wore a heavy layer of blue eye shadow.

Patrick, for his part, wore a football jersey with a fluorescent pink undershirt while maintaining an emotionless expression.

In the recreation, the Kansas City Chiefs star maintained the same expressionless face while his now-wife beamed and wrapped her arm around his shoulder.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2022, both rocked white tees and light-wash jeans in the sweet snap.

“This life with you is amazing,” she added in the caption.

Brittany, who is a former professional soccer player, has been by Patrick’s side for his three Super Bowl wins, including back-to-back championships over the past two NFL seasons.

They share daughter Sterling, 3, and son Patrick III, aka Bronze, 1.

Patrick opted for a pastel blue polo shirt and jeans, while Brittany stunned in a puff-sleeved blue dress by Alice + Olivia and Gucci platform sandals.
