Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager Wear Coordinating Spring Styles to Celebrate 5 Years of Today’s Fourth Hour
Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager are showing off their stylish spring ensembles!
The pair celebrated the fifth anniversary of Today with Hoda and Jenna in coordinating looks that paid homage to the colors of their daytime talk show at the Empire State Building.
Kotb, 59, wore a monochromatic purple ensemble that included a lilac silk button-down that she paired with vibrant deep purple tailored trousers. She topped off the look with a pair of tan pointed-toe pumps. The journalist finished her look with a natural makeup look that included a glossy red lip.
Bush Hager wore the show’s other signature color: pink. The 42-year-old anchor wore a baby pink three-piece ensemble, which included a blazer, a vest underneath and a mini pencil skirt. She accessorized with a pair of ivory slouchy knee-high heeled boots. Her look, like Kotb’s, included a subtle natural look, but she finished it with light pink lipgloss.
The mother of three also wore a dainty gold chain necklace, while Kotb wore sleek silver hoop earrings.

Along with wearing the colors of the fourth hour of Today, the Empire State Building also paid homage to the pair’s accomplishment and lit the building with pink and purple lights on the evening of Monday, April 8.
During their show Monday morning, the co-hosts celebrated one another and shared sweet messages.
“To get to sit next to somebody that exudes joy, no matter what you have going on,” Bush Hager said. “You greet me with a smile every single day, and I know it’s not always easy. In fact, it’s probably not easy at all.”
“We started off as colleagues/friends. We didn’t really know each other. Over the five years, [we’ve developed] such a deep understanding of the other’s soul and purpose. We have traveled down these roads together,” added Kotb.
As their celebration continued Monday morning, the women received a video package that captured highlights from the past five years. The package aired later in the show.
The tribute video also highlighted the evolution of the co-host’s personal lives, noting that Kotb adopted her second child, Hope Catherine, 4, at the start of their run. Meanwhile, Bush Hager and husband Henry Chase Hager welcomed son Hal shortly after, in August 2019.
Kotb is also mom to daughter Haley Joy, 7. Bush Hager is also mom to daughters Mila, 10, and Poppy, 8.
Hal made his first appearance on the show on Monday morning. Singer Meghan Trainor and Saturday Night Live‘s Chloe Fineman also celebrated the co-hosts.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams proclaimed April 8, 2024 as “Hoda and Jenna Day.”
