How Rebecca Loos’ interview still shows ‘softness’ for David Beckham: body language expert

Rebecca Loos may still harbor a soft spot for her alleged paramour David Beckham.

“Her features project some moments of softness about Beckham,” body language expert Judi James exclusively tells Page Six after watching Loos’ “60 Minutes Australia” interview on Sunday.

James notes that Loos, 47, still referred to Beckham in the “present tense” and acted out “conversations she had with him as though they were recent in her mind, rather than consigned to the 20-year-old bin of distant celebrity history.”

James believes Loos’ body language “suggests both a desire to regurgitate and to illustrate her emotional responses to the historic, long-forgotten ‘mayhem.’”

“When she speaks about Victoria, there is a tightening of her lips hinting at less of a pleasant residue than her body language suggests at times about David.”

The body language expert also adds that Loos, who is now a yoga instructor, seems “keen to display her vulnerable side” by wearing minimal makeup.

“She points to one eye while talking to inform the interviewer that she is ‘Going to cry,’ as she sups on a milkshake, referencing words like ‘darkness’ and ‘loneliness,’” James opines.

In 2004, Loos made international headlines when she claimed she had a short-lived affair with Beckham while he played for Real Madrid. At the time, he was married to Victoria Beckham, with whom he shared two young sons.

David, 49, has always denied the allegations.

In 2023, allegations about the affair resurfaced when Netflix released the “Beckham” docuseries. The retired athlete and his wife never mentioned Loos in the series but alluded to the media circus that erupted.

Victoria, 50, admitted that the fraught period was “the most unhappy” she’s ever been.

“It was the hardest period because it felt like the world was against us … We were against each other if I’m being completely honest,” the former Spice Girls member declared, calling the situation a “circus.”

Despite David’s persistent denial, Loos maintained on Sunday’s interview that their affair had happened, insisting she “never exaggerated” or “lied about a single thing.”

She also called herself “brave” for going up “against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media who have all the money in the world for the best PR, the best lawyers.”

She quipped, “All I had on my side was the truth.”

The celebrity couple — who married in 1999 — share four children: sons Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 13. Meanwhile, Loos is also now married and has two sons.
